Quantitative Reasoning Course Identification

IACTED has successfully managed projects in partnership with the Indiana Department of Education in relation to CTE curriculum and assessment standards. IACTED can provide accounting services and the association can provide proof of independent audit on federal funds for the project.

IACTED can be instrumental in the publicity and recruitment of participant teams through our monthly meetings and on our web site.  In addition IACTED can facilitate reimbursement forms, food services at our local centers and provide the deliverables outlined in the project.

IACTED has a subcommittee for Professional Development that can assist with the sharing of math standards with all CTE teachers.

Quantitative Reasoning – 2012

3 one-day workshops will be held at a central location in career and technical education facilities in Indiana.  Teams of CTE and Math teachers will attend the workshops and align math standards within the career-specific courses.  All math standards will be shared, not only with participants, but also among CTE teachers in the state.  All work will be aligned with current progress on College and Career Pathways and corresponding course frameworks.
